You probably have some idea of how to meditate.
But you could also get a little help.
For example, to learn how to meditate I began by listening to tapes and then cd’s from Jon Kabat-Zinn.
He is one of the leading figures who helped to bring mediation to the U.S. and get it established as a respected mind-body therapy. For me, starting the day with his guided meditation is a great way to reduce stress and stay refreshed. (Learn about: Mind- Body Therapies, Now by Prescription)
