I am currently taking several herbal supplements & have had no issues so far but I’m wondering if I’m over doing it. This is what I’m taking:

    Cinnamon/with Chromium 1000mg twice a day
    Cayenne 450mg once a day
    Cider Vinegar once a day
    Probiotic twice a day
    Fish Oil once a day
Multi Vitamin for women without iron once a day
Korean Ginseng 560mg once a day

I am just wondering how you feel using these together? Does it seem to help? Where in the world did you get the cinnamon/with Chromium 1000mg.? I have never heard of it and it sounds neat.
Myself I would like to try the ginger too.
    Thanks:
    Gail

20 years a go while in a chinese – vietnamese food store I happened to notice the herbalist making some prescriptions. It seemed that each one had a common ingredient. When I inquired I was told that root was for the Chi. Additional questions convinced me the common ingredient ( astragalus ) helped to reinforce the immune system. I have used it extensively, it is one of the 3 tonic herbs in chinese medicine which can be used continually. The recent research indicates telomeres are repaired ( lengthened ) by astragalus. This is thought to keep immune cells healthy and functioning properly.

You can search telomeres on Google and form your own opinion, I feel there is likely no other herb needed for general health of the immune system.
