Could the news about fish oil get any better?
The answer appears to be yes, according to a new study from leading Japanese universities including The University of Tokyo.
It reveals that a compound derived from fats found in fish oils fights flu in influenza-virus-infected mice.
The study offers a promising view of the future for the treatment of influenza.

Flu season is back, and it’s a good time to look at the research on a supplement of Elderberry fruit (Sambucus nigra) and the flu.
