Dr. Galland gave this lecture at the Jill Roberts Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital/Cornell University Medical School on March 5, 2013. This eight part video series was created by a grant from the Foundation for Integrated Medicine and is being hosted by Pill Advised.
In Chapter 1 of the series Dr. Leo Galland discusses how nutritional deficiencies are common in people with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, interfering with mechanisms of healing and contributing to complications of inflammatory bowel disease.
